We were planning a move from Australia to the South Bay which had to happen fast to meet work commitments. With three very young kids and crazy schedules we really couldn't risk arriving first and then hoping to find the great rental home that would meet our needs. Instead, I looked around for a realtor who could help us do the almost impossible - find the ideal home in the best location for our lifestyle, without being there in person to inspect (let alone apply), and without us having any prior knowledge of the SB rental market. Many would want to run a mile from a brief like that, but when I read how much Cindy loves helping people I thought, if we're lucky, she may be willing to try. Well, Cindy was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and she even offered additional ways to help us form opinions on our shortlisted properties from 1000s of miles away. With Cindy's help we secured a lovely home that has worked out so well for us. It was such a relief knowing the house was waiting for us before we flew in and I know that Cindy went out of her way to check on things personally to ensure we could have a smooth relocation!
